For the organizer who just got a sponsor's yes
Sponsor TermsA silent force-majeure clause refunds nothing.
Enter what was sold and the terms on the table. Free in your browser: which deliverables may go into the contract, the payment, refund, force-majeure and insurance positions - and the ones to avoid - exclusivity checked against your published cap, and every section flagged decided, open or for your lawyer. A run writes the term sheet, or the brief for counsel. Never a contract, never legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before anyone signs.

How it works
This page prepares a term sheet for a lawyer in your jurisdiction to turn into a contract. It is not a contract and not legal advice, and nothing it writes should be signed as it stands. It formalizes a deal you already closed: every deliverable comes from your rate card or the accepted proposal, with the printer's or platform's real deadline and who owes what - including the sponsor's own logo and asset deadlines.
Courts read cancellation and force-majeure clauses literally, so every branch names its remedy in words: a refund before a dated cutoff and none after, organizer cancellation as its own narrower clause, the events named (pandemic included) and what happens to the fee. Collect before the event, write the late-payment interest down, require insurance only with a certificate deadline - and sell exclusivity only with a definition, a scope and a remedy that respect your published caps.
